The Regional Aviation Group is committed to environmental responsibility embracing minimal disturbance zero harm initiatives and based on our belief that actions taken now will have long term environmental, social and financial benefits.

This policy provides the focus for achieving best practice through an approach that establishes procedures, action plans and evaluation on environmental objectives. It also provides a process that integrates environmental responsibility into all aspects and activities of the Regional Aviation Group.

In harmony with this environmental policy the Regional Aviation Group will:

  • Promote environmental awareness and responsibility among all members of the Regional Aviation Group;
  • Promote the principles and practices of environmental responsibility by sharing knowledge and experience with our stakeholders and business partners;
  • Strive for environmental best practice;
  • Identify, monitor and report on our community, legal and ethical environmental responsibilities;
  • Recognise our obligations, both locally and globally, to present and future generations;
  • Develop a synchronized approach designed to simultaneously meet the needs of the environment and the organisation.

Integral to the implementation of this policy is the Regional Aviation Group’s Environmental Management Plan (EMP). The primary objective of the EMP is to define the organisational management of environmental concern and interest while displaying attention to Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD).

Compliance with regulatory responsibilities and through dedicated continuous education, Regional Aviation is committed to a sustainable future and minimizing its environmental footprint.
